Billing and Payment Terms

1. Scope

These Billing and Payment Terms form part of the adGlitch Terms of Service. They apply to all payments made by advertisers to Miramtech Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. for adGlitch.

2. Prepaid credit

adGlitch works on prepaid credit. Your campaigns can run only while your account has a positive credit balance.

Credit can only be used for advertising on adGlitch. It is not money held on your behalf, it earns no interest, and it cannot be transferred to another account.

3. Pricing

You set a price per 1,000 views (CPM) for each campaign. Views are counted as described in section 7 of the Terms of Service.

Your balance is charged for valid views at the price you set.

4. Adding credit

To add credit, request a top-up from your account or by contacting us. We issue an invoice for the requested amount.

Credit is applied to your account once payment has been received in full.

The minimum top-up is 50 US dollars.

5. Bank transfer

Invoices are paid by international bank transfer (SWIFT) to the account shown on the invoice.

Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference.

All bank charges, including intermediary bank charges, are borne by the payer (SWIFT charge option "OUR"). If we receive less than the invoiced amount, only the amount received is credited.

We will never ask you to pay to a bank account other than the one on our invoice. If you receive such a request, contact us before paying.

6. Currency

Prices, credit and invoices are in US dollars (USD).

7. Invoices and taxes

Invoices are issued by Miramtech Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. to the billing details in your account. Please keep them accurate.

Taxes: To decide with the accountant: whether prices include VAT/KDV, and how it applies to advertisers outside Türkiye

8. Budgets and balance

Each campaign stops when its budget or your credit balance runs out.

Because ads are counted as they play, a campaign may deliver slightly more views than the remaining balance covers. You are not charged for views beyond your balance.

9. Credit validity

Credit does not expire.

10. Billing questions

If you believe a charge or an invoice is wrong, contact us within 30 days of the charge or invoice date. We will review it and correct any error.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance and do not affect credit already paid for.
