Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy forms part of the adGlitch Terms of Service and applies to advertising credit bought under the Billing and Payment Terms.

2. Used credit

Credit that has been used for valid views is not refundable.

3. Invalid activity

If we find that views or clicks you were charged for were invalid, for example automated traffic or fraud, we return the charged amount to your credit balance.

4. Unused credit

Unused credit is not refundable. It stays in your account and does not expire, so you can use it at any time.

5. Payment errors

Duplicate payments and payments made in error are refunded in full.

6. Account closure

If you close your account, unused credit is handled as described in section 4.

If we close your account because of a breach of the Terms of Service or our Advertising Policies, unused credit is not refunded.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the invoice number and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, in the currency of the invoice, within 14 business days of approval.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law.
