Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of adGlitch, an advertising service operated by Miramtech Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Miramtech", "we", "us"), Keresteciler Sitesi, Kasım Sokak No:10, Güngören / İstanbul, Türkiye.

By creating an account or running a campaign, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: the Advertising Policies, the Billing and Payment Terms, the Refund Policy and the Ad Specifications.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

2. Eligibility

adGlitch is intended for businesses and professionals advertising games and game-related products and services.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use adGlitch on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us without delay of any unauthorised use.

4. Your ads

You are solely responsible for your ads, including the videos, links, button text and the products or services they promote.

You confirm that you own or have obtained all rights needed to use your ads for advertising, including rights to music, voices, people, trademarks and game footage they contain.

Your ads and the pages they link to must be accurate, lawful in every country you target, and compliant with our Advertising Policies.

5. Review and removal

Every ad is reviewed before it can be shown. We may approve or reject any ad at our discretion, and we will tell you the reason for a rejection.

We may pause or remove an ad at any time, including after approval, if we believe it breaches these Terms, our policies or the law, or if we receive a credible complaint.

Our approval does not mean that your ad complies with the law. That remains your responsibility.

We may set and change limits on uploads and campaigns. Current limits are shown in the Ad Specifications and in your account.

6. Ad delivery

Ads are shown on game websites operated by Miramtech and by its partners, according to the targeting you choose.

We do not guarantee any number of views, any particular website, placement, position or timing, or that your campaign will spend its full budget.

7. Measurement

Views, clicks and other events are measured by our systems. We exclude activity we consider invalid, including activity from our own team, automated traffic and suspected fraud.

Our measurements are final for billing. If you believe a figure is wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.

9. Licence to your ads

You keep all rights in your ads.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, convert, resize and display your ads, and to create preview images from them, for the purpose of providing adGlitch.

This licence ends when your ad is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal, billing or security reasons.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • generate fake views or clicks, or ask or pay others to do so;
  • interfere with, overload or circumvent our systems, security or limits;
  • use multiple accounts to avoid limits, rejections or suspensions;
  • use adGlitch for any unlawful purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop your campaigns and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or our policies, if your use creates risk for players, partners or us, or if required by law.

We may discontinue adGlitch with reasonable prior notice.

Sections 7, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after termination.

12. Disclaimer

adGlitch is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your ads will achieve any particular result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify Miramtech against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your ads, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of adGlitch after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction.
